Ordered for dinner but food was mostly delivered before 2pm, way too early and left to turn bad or some dishes will turn slimy. Tried to feedback but I think it’s hard to change what time they will prepare the food in the kitchen even if they can deliver later. Food is mostly too too salty and with processed food. Soup was also salty and not tasty. The veggie dish quality is bad, veg is not fresh, for eg. beans has turned black at the edges, not healthy to consume. There are definitely better options out there like Kim Paradise Tingkat that is only slightly more expensive but their food quality and taste is far more superior. Unfortunately they don’t deliver to my location which leds me to continue my search for a suitable Tingkat. Will not order from Robert Catering again…

Tingkat delivery was done promptly. Dishes were good - not too oily and salty. I have renewed it for another cycle.

Overall was satisifed with the food. Except the lunch was almost reach the end of the timing 1.30 pm, then it is delivered. Would like to have earlier at the most 12.30 pm.

Delivery time not consistent - sometimes later than 7 pm and at times around 4 pm. Also, wrong orders received on a few occasions e.g. came once without ordered rice, came once without soup.

Food is nice and has a different variety as compared to other caterers. There’s one incident where 2 dishes have turned sour due to late delivery however caterer replaced a full meal the next day which we appreciate. Will order again!

Food is good and of consistent quality. have been renewing with Robert catering and will continue to do so

Rice was given generously, can't finish most of the time.
Vegetable recommend to finish fast, cannot keep will spoil.
Overall decent meals for this pricing. Thank you!

This tingkat is okay. It is not the best as it is quite oily and salty. Delivery was always early. Thanks.
