Food is generally not too salty and variety is good, though serving can be more generous. Service is not bad - vegetables turned a little sour and we received a replacement dish the next day.

The services are very good and friendly , but the dishes are not suitable for my kids age 9 and 10.They complain about the soup no taste and the dishes are not well cook enough especially last day of my order.too disappointed because I had to go and tabao.

Foods are too little and a lot of processed foods. Hope can upgrade the menus and increase the portion.

Food quality is generally good and there is quite a variety of food provided.
Each day we experienced different kinds of food and never get bored with the food presented.
The vegetable dishes are cooked in the most authentic and consistent manner, just as good as home cooked style.

If the dishes could be less saucy would be better

Portion is small for 3 pax. Meat dishes is good. But if there is more variety of vegetable dishes eg cauliflower, cabbage etc will be good. We have green vegetable almost every day.

Food portion is reasonable. Delivery is on time. Food's taste is so so. Can improve more on the taste and variety.

Food was acceptable. Value for money. 4th time ordering. Service wise there was a day when lunch delivery was here only at 2pm+. No early notice was given to inform what had happened. Upon multiple attempts to contact caterer then we knew delivery vehicle broke down. Service could be better if it's possible for texts to be sent to customers on probable delay in delivery due to unforseen circumstances.

As I opted for lunch, the caterer description indicated that there will be 4 dishes and no soup. However I received 3 dishes + soup instead and on the last day, surprisingly, I received 4 dishes + soup, which might be complimentary from the caterer. Food wise, the soup was not as flavourful and a bit bland for my taste. The dishes were not as nice. Though the vegetables were cooked till quite soft unlike other caterer which is a plus point for me.

Not under my expectation. Food either is too early reach. And too often happened that either 1 of dish or rice will be spoilt when delivery to me. Multiple request sent to caterer to change food to at least 5pm but still dinner will sent around 3 onwards.
