I wasn’t aware this caterer is no soup for the lunch. Which is not indicated in the menu. Beside this I have indicated 3+1 with no rice. But every weeks they will be 1-2 with fried rice and noodles in the meal. So I everyday need to wait for the driver to deliver the food then only can know if I need to cook rice or not. So it’s very inconvenient..

Food is actually ok but the service is really bad. The first day, they sent food to the wrong house, I was waiting till 1 PM and there was no sorry at all. The next day food came at 12.25PM, which was really late as I wanted to feed my toddlers at 11:45AM-12PM. So, I called them and asked if I can have food by 11.30AM, the lady told me can be done. But then, the next day still late. Need to remind again. Every begin of week also need to remind them to send the food early. It feels like they never took a note and took my request seriously. During the tingkat service, I have no confidence if the food can reach on time, so need to prepare meal separately for my toddler, which defeats the purpose taking tingkat. Happy that it is finally ended.

Foods taste so so, sometime vegetable are tasteless, sometime oily. Meat portion very small. Always have problem with the time delivery, arriving food after 1pm, there was only one event of super late delivery (near to 2pm) which was very late as compared to other caterers.

Was disappointed after the first few days , food portions were reduced and there was no pork dishes. Mainly chicken and tofu several times a week. there was no delivery for one day without notice.

There was cancellation of food for 2x2 days during my order period, caterer only gave 1 day notice for each instance. Had to scramble to make alternative arrangements. Customer service was not responsive especially during lunch time (come on, you're in the food business) and ignores queries when it comes to late delivery, so don't expect any support during the most critical timing.

Operations wise there were missing dishes (sent 3 instead of 4) and duplicate dishes (sent 2 of the same dish).

Food portion is so little that we often had to get our own food after that.

Multiple occasions the fish was smelly when it arrived.

For 30 days, it was a very long-drawn and painful experience.

Overall so-so. Some food (eg. eggs) are oily. Dishes delivered did not follow customer requests (eg. No prawn) and not the same as per menu advertised. Delivery was late on 1st day. Portion is little for 2 pax. Customer service was ok.

Foods taste not consistent, sometime vegetable are tasteless, sometime salty. Meat potion very very little. Always have problem with the delivery person.

Food is not value for money. included fried rice when I indicated RICE not required. also the dishes portion not enough for adults. I was thinking if they go hawker and daobao for me instead.

Food was reasonably tasty, although some dishes were too salty. Overall acceptable, delivery was ok too.

It was overall alright - Variety and taste was decent although the portion is a little small. Customer service was ok too.
