Soup was at one point very salty and when the feedback was given to the customer service, the soup got better. The customer service has also been very responsive and prompt. Thank you.

Not the first time ordering. Food is not too oily and salty except for a few dishes over the period of the order. Portion can slightly improve. Delivery is usually very punctual. A third of the times, the dishes does not follow the menu and have to chase after the menu. Overall still satisfied.

Quality average. Portion and variety below average. Menu given only upon request and often inaccurate. Processed food is part of menu. Failed to deliver on one make-up day but followed up with delivery. Delivery by 4.00pm in Punggol. There are better options.

I ordered 4 dishes instead of 3 dishes and 1 soup, which is a change from my previous order, but still received 3 dishes and 1 soup. Nonetheless, a good caterer and i will order again. Their customer service is not bad though, when I call in to enquire about stuff.

Food was tasty generally except for a few dishes which should be due to personal preference. Reasonably priced and worth a try if you are going to get a tingkat. Portion is not a lot but definitely sufficient for 2 pax in my case.

The food quality is not as good as some of the others we have tried. I do not think my parents will re-order again.

Tried a few other tingkat and Robert catering is not bad in terms of taste and affordability. Portion is a bit smaller than other tingkat caterers.

Always looking forward to the daily food sent. Repeat customer. Food portion is enough for 2adult 1 kid. Soup is tasty.

On time delivery, although selected no vege but still have vege (didnt want as vege turn sour). Taste is ok not too salty
