Portion wise it's quite little, just barely enough for lunch. Most of the time one of the dishes were fried/junk food e.g. 2-3 pieces of fried fillet, onion ring per pax. Taste is ok, home cooked style.

Delivery time for amk range from 10ish to 12ish.

Food was quite yummy and there was a variety of dishes over the five days although the soup was about the same. Overall it was acceptable.

My 1st tingkat order for 10days trial 21 Apr to 5May. Was quite disappointed on my 1st meal. They did not deliver nor leave a message to inform us. We waited till 7pm and I decided to text them (deliver timing 4-7pm). Gotten back to me almost 8pm which we'r super hungry. The contact person did apologise and the meals reached us on time for the next 10days.

The food is quite nice, except for portion is slightly lesser compared to others i have ordered.
The food doesnt come at consistent time, so i have to on off check to see if food has arrived.

The first day I got lunch for 2 pax instead of 3 pax I ordered. I called then they gave me extra dish the next week. Taste ok but portion smaller than other caterers.

Food portion can be improved. A bit too little. Taste of food generally is ok. But vegetables dishes can be improved.

Service has improved as my tingkay delivery timing is now more regular, usually arrive around 4.30pm. Food taste good and menu also changes regularly so we can look forward to different varieties of dishes though some do repeat.

This is the 3rd Tingkat Caterer we've tried from Foodline. It's total waste of money. Firstly, met with some mishap on the first day. At about 6+ pm, the dinner did not reach us or did we receive any call from Robert Catering. I called and was told that the driver had an accident but making alternative to deliver. I even offered to collect myself if there's difficulties but was told not necessary, the driver can make it. At about 8 .10 pm, there's no sign of the driver and no one pick up the call. Mind you, we've a 8 year old kid with us. It was later offered with a one-day refund or extension which I think totally not sincere. Since it's the first day, we've to carry on for another 7 days.

The quantity are much lesser than the first two caterer, Savoury and Kim Paradise, both under Neo Group. In term of quality, still edible, nothing to shout about. The ingredients were mostly cheap. We do not have any memory of real fish dishes. Most of the time, we need to add-on additional dish.

Total waste of money and try at your own n risk. There are many other good tingkat caterer out there.

The food was delivered quite late in the afternoon (2pm on one day) but they managed to arrange for earlier delivery once we requested for it

Tingkat food was good and healthy. Service was great as well. Would definitely want to order from this caterer again.
