More period there is traffic, not sure if is the driver lying or the operator) will arrive before 7pm and yes it arrive 6:57pm 6th day (Monday) arrived 7:16pm, getting later and later... 7th day ok 6:40pm 8th day (WORST DAY) Told myself to wait till 7pm, wait till 7:10pm still no sign!. Finally they respond at 7:40pm, we decided to ordered Grab Food, although caterer in charge, Joanne agreed to reimburse but ended up my 8yo girl only had her dinner @ 8:30pm!! For food wise: I request no chilli, no brinjal/eggplant it still came twice brinjal and 1 sambal on the very first day of delivery. When Toufu/ Toukwa Dishes reached us it already turn sour luckily it only happen once. Otherwise food still acceptable, dishes portion is acceptable for small eater ourselves in fact it can filled up 2 adult when my hub’ is around. For soup, just enough for 1 adult and 1 child’s but also varies in days, some day the container filled up to 3/4 full plus some days it only filled up to 1/2 container plus (Container Ref: 1 pax noodle soup container selling in the food centre). Rice, not consistent today ok, tomorrow deliver with 3/4 uncooked. Some day rice is a lot some day is less than 1/2. They are several other minor hiccups in between, no doubt Ms. Joanne try to resolve and eventually she replaced us with 2 dinner but still jeopardise our dinner through out this 20days. I appreciate the thought from this generous lady but the entire experience turn us to lost confident in their catering hence we decided to go with alternate option for extension. Also to add-on, is not easy to get Joanne through normal calling hence is recommend to use WhatsApp call should there is other diner would like to give a try.
