Robert Catering Services

The overall service was very bad. From the start, the staff didn’t give me any call but just WhatsApp and yet addressed to the another person. After payment was made, asked for their menu, wrong menu was sent until I clarified with them and did not provide proper customer service. On the first day of food delivery, the food turned out to be very different from the menu. The food portion is very small and food are salty. I would suggest the caterer to rename their food item so that it’s not so misleading. I would suggest them not to offer prawns in their menu since it looked very pathetic. For similar price, I can get better tingkat trial. Worse tingkat ever.

Worth the price, timely and consistent delivery. Taste is acceptable and the menu variety can still be improved. Thanks!

Ordered 4 dishes for 4 pax but the quantity of the dishes looked more for 3 pax. However, the dishes arrived warm and fresh. Generally it was good but lack of variety.

First of all I must mention the friendly customer service I received when and throughout my order (except for 1 time). And it seems typical of all tinkgkat catering is that the first week of food was cooked quite to the special request we made. Then subsequently we found that the quality of food dropped as the days went by. In this case, the portions were getting in proportionately smaller and the dishes became quite oily and salty

Food portion is just nice for 2 person, it will be small for big eater. Food variety quite limited. Taste so so.

Food is ok. Tried the 10 days trial package so price is affordable. But wouldnt want to order again cos food variety not that much. Taste is ok.

Dishes are good, delicious, portions are slightly thin though. We are ordering again from this caterer.

Should improve on communication.
Menu too simple, not much special.
Overall acceptable for the price paid for.

The portion was little for us. We added one more portion but they didn’t process 4pax so cater refunded money back to us. The food was acceptable as we are not picky eaters.

Portion is ok but will be great if a bit larger. taste is good overall for both meat n vegetables dishes.
