Very punctual caterer.
Servings were generous.
The uncle was very patient and helpful during set up and dismantling of the equipment.

Overall very good food and good portion given. Will be great if disposable warmer is given. Delivered earlier due to rainy day. Will order again for gathering.

We ordered bento boxes from Spark and Flame Catering foodline for our office lunch in Nov, and they were fantastic! The presentation was beautiful, with each box neatly organized and visually appealing. Each dish looking like fresh and flavourful. The staff was professional and ensured timely delivery. We are highly recommended Spark and Flame Catering foodline for any event!

The food and service was superb.. My guests enjoy the food very much.. However, the food portion can be more as we felt that for 40pax, it's not too much.

We also order 3 vegetarian bento but did not manage to take a photo of it, but this one from this caterer was surprising, good. The spring roll was still crispy too.

Delivery is on time
Food arrives still warm, with lid tightly attached and sauces packed neatly, no leaking or spilling.
All are good, just one or two commented chicken still a bit reddish inside, hope it can be improved next time

The food was reasonably cook and prepared. The food is quite average for this caterer. The grilled teriyaki chicken and sweet & sour fish is nice. Don't know why the pan fried gyoza is not so nice as the previous time.

Glad that I ordered from this caterer. Delivery was slightly earlier than slated which was good. The mee tai mak was a hit. My colleagues loved it. I also like that the fish fillet didn't taste dry, chicken ngo hiang also looked yummy and could tell that the oil used for deep frying was quite fresh. I didn't have the lemongrass chicken but heard that it was a little tough.
The only grouse is that the dessert grass jelly longan was very sweet. Should remove half of the syrup and add in more ice to balance the taste. And the tofu dish could be less salty (I had actually requested for the dishes to be less saltish and sweet).
Overall, I am happy with the experience. Will order from Spark and Flame catering again.

Friendly Delivery guy arrived early to do the setup. Came again before event time to deliver food.
Most people like the mee Siam, guava drink was nice too.
