Overall food and service is good. Would be better if drinks is included in the package and plastic sheets are provided for lo hei.

Overall the food was good, very festive and portion is enough. However, only down side was the pandan flavoured prawn cakes were quite dry and don't really have the pandan flavour. Still, Stamford has never disappoint so far after so many yrs of using them. Side note, hopefully they can give a thin plastic for the yusheng since it will be easier for us to clean up after the lohei. :)

Overall food was great. They set up quite fast and presentation was nice even with flowers. Will order from this caterer again in future.

Generally the food is ok. No favourite dishes or any food we dislike. But I think the Fatt Choy veg dish has been replaced as we do not see any Fatt Choy. Order food for 15 pax but the portion given does not seem a lot. Maybe the caterer can consider labeling the sauces/gravy so that we know what is what because we the sauces for Yusheng was also packed together so we did not know the sauce for the seafood pocket was which and I think there was also another container for the vegetables (I think so) which we initially thought was for the herbal chicken.

Overall good service before and after the event. A bit of hiccup with delivery timing, but promptly settled when company was contacted.

Food was good, portions quite good also.

The most eye-catching item in the layout when I took the 1st sight is the trash bag setup! This is the most satisfactory setup of all the many years of catering I ordered for the company's CNY opening event! It is so thoughtful of the caterer to provide more than sufficient crockery and cutlery, even packing boxes.

The presentation and combination of the food is pretty appetizing. The vegetables remain green and fresh upon start of the event. The curry chicken comes with such thick gravy good to go with the bee hoon. The bee hoon is the 1st tray to empty and I think the chef could have under estimate the volume for the headcount we ordered. But the fish fillet provided is far beyond the volume I expect. As for the prawn I was surprised that it came with so much gravy for Mongolian BBQ (?) style! As the prawns were not de-shelled less people willing to hands on! But the capsicum that came with the prawn remain fresh and crispy. The tofu is authentically a signature dish. Chicken satay is equally tasty. The sushi plater is just normal nothing special and splendid. The only item that bring a little disappointment of my choice sweet gourmet is the butter cake slices. They are dry and no taste of any real butter cake but scent of the colouring essence is strong!

In overall, it is still a very delightful experience with this caterer.

Food generally was good. All eaten up.

In general, the food is nice. Only did not expect the abalone to be mocked. Dessert can be improved.. Too sweet.

Big portions and food was good.

The portion is rather small for the occasion. Fortunately we are small eater & there are only four adults with a child eating the whole lot of food.
A lot of noodles leftover.
My family likes the dish of Imperial Abalone Treasure Platter "Yu Sheng" best as the Abalone is tasty
