All the dishes are delicious! Not too saltish.
Dessert Logan is not too sweet too. My guests enjoyed the dishes!
Portion is enough for 10pax.
Love the CARE package which comes with table clothe, rubbish bag, cutlery .
Every dish there is a heating pad to heat up the dish but only last for 10mins so don’t deliver too early if you want to keep your food warm.
Called Stamford to deliver at 530-545pm ( party at 6pm) 2 days before but it came at 510pm.

Overall, am satisfy with the food and service and will cater from Stamford catering again .

The food was tasty and to be frank, it was above my expectation! Food was more than enough for 20 pax and we could even take away quite a bit. Price for 20 pax was one of the most reasonable ones from what I compared with other companies.

The set up was tastefully done and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends!

Delivered promptly at the stipulated timing. Everything kept in warmer bags. The self-heating packs do not seems to be effective. The serving potion for the fried rice & curry chicken were very generous. Came in double containers.

Food quality was great & delicious, delivery was early! =)

Best part is (1) Had the food warmer (add water only) steam will come out etc. (2) they provided free disposable cutleries & serving utensils

All my guests were happy with the dishes served. The portions were sufficient. What I like best is the new heating technology deployed to keep the food warm.

In the past, without buffet setup, the food are cold even upon delivery. But now, reach plastic container is design with heating chemicals that when mixed with a pack of liquid, generates great to keep the food warm for at least an hour.

Food portion for 15 is just sufficient for 16A 4C! Good thing I ordered ala carte for Prawn paste mid wings (also a hit at the party). Guests liked the curry very much! Fried rice was also delish.

CONS: the Broccoli was too soft and overcooked.
Didn't really have much snow fungus in the dessert (too sweet also)

I liked that Stamford catering has 15pax option with affordable pricing! And also comes with self heater which also keeps the food warm~ my 2nd time ordering with them and they'd actually improved from the 1st time we ordered! Definitely will consider this catering in the future!

Very nice setup. Our guests love the food, especially the curry chicken and sin chow fried egg noodle.

The food came on time and is still hot when it arrives.
Have ordered from Stamford catering last year for friends gathering and everyone was happy with the food. So ordered again this year for the mini gathering with relatives and once again, the quality of food and presentation did not disappoint, with the self heating containers added this time which impressed my guests further.
