Stamford Catering

Stamford Catering lived up to expectations as this is not the first time we have ordered from them. We ordered the mini value buffet and we liked how the food is competitively priced and yet tasty for everyone to enjoy.

We particularly enjoyed the Signature Curry Chicken and Salted Egg Fish Fillet. The curry was rich, flavourful, and paired well with the fried rice. Additionally, it had good chunks of chicken for everyone.

The Salted Egg Fish Fillet was thick and the salted egg was not too overwhelming, thus complementing the fish fillet well.

The Customer Service staff will do a round of confirmation once the order from FoodLine goes through, and you will be reassured that the food will be delivered on the day itself. The delivery staff came earlier than expected.

I am very satisficed with FoodLine and Stamford Catering.

Not the first time we ordered from Stamford Catering and they certainly did not disappoint. The set up was pretty, food standard was pretty good and quantity was more than sufficient. The red eggs were a bit hard to peel (maybe can suggest to vendor to boil the eggs with salt), and the siew mai was a bit dry. Other than that, it was overall tasty and satisfactory!

Second time ordering from Stamford. Food came ahead of scheduled, food was delivered in thermal bags, completed with utensils cutlery, table cloth too! Food is good will definitely come back again.

Chamomile Infused Quinoa Salad with Avocado and Honey Lavender Roasted Pumpkins with Almonds are the most unpopular dish...others are okay

Have ordered multiple times from this caterer. Delivery schedule was alright. Food portion was lesser this time round. We were disappointed with the swiss rolls which were tiny of only 1 mouthful each. There were only 12 mini bites which looked really pathetic on the tray. Won't be ordering Swiss rolls again.

Taste of food was delicious and not over cooked. The portion was more than enough for 15 person. With the heating element, food can be serve warm.

But the Seow Bai Chye was a little tough, Snow Fungus was too little and the mini Swiss Roll are really mini, about the size of a medium fish ball.

Despite that, we are still willing to explore other menu and hope that Stamford can improve further.

Family is delighted to have the international spread. Stamford provided excellent service and packaging to ensure every dish was warm and freshly prepared. The quantity was ample for our party.
