The food was served hot. On top of that, there were self-heating warmers provided and it was very easy to set up by opening 2 packs and pouring the water provided.
The portion was just nice for 10 pax!
The aglio alio had a little spice, chicken was tender, fillet was easy to eat.

Overall food is yummy and delicious. ????
Except the Barley Ristto, maybe is not suitable for senior citizens. ????
Surprising the foods come with portable warmer and the serving portion good for 10 pax.

Mini buffet came in self-heating trays! Cutleries were all packed nicely in a box and came in thermal bags.

The Christmas setup was nicely executed. The beef stew was the best dish. The pasta portion was excessive, with limited tuna and sauce. The fried fish was somewhat dry in texture.

Not the first time ordering from Stamford and as usual, they never fail. Delivery is smooth, table set up is nice and food is delicious. Everyone who turned up for the Xmas party have a good time enjoying the spread.

Came upon the buffet choices with affordable price for us to host our annual corporate event.

Chilled Honeydew Sago - highly recommended
Stir Fry Cauliflower and Broccoli - not recommended, we wasted half of it

Yuzu Matcha Christmas Log Cake and “Orh Nee” Bread & Butter Pudding are my favorites

Pros -

Food are fantastic, my guest have nothing but praises for the dishes served.
They also acted on my special request to de-shell the prawns because of the kids during the celebrations.

Slight Con-
Serving is lesser than expected. Staple food is not nearly enough for the guests.

May suggest to budget extra, ie 30 pax buffet next round for my 24 pax guests (inclusive of 10kids ) so everyone can enjoy the food.

The foods delivered on time. Nicely packaged, my guests was impressed by the heating pack, able to keep the food warm slightly more than 30 minutes.
