Food is tasty, portion is fair for 2 pax, delivery is on time, prompt communication from caterer ... the only cons is that I don't like bone-in chicken & most of the meat menu during my 8 days trial has it

Food is so so.repeated fish cake, fish ball make me a bit phobia to see fish cake fish ball. not a big fan for processing food

There is a wide variety of food & different cuisines served during the trial period. Food was well received by all of us.

Food came around 4+pm to 5pm, which is ok for us.

I ordered from this vendor because I wanted to have some variety beyond Chinese food. I had Korean, Thai, and Western within 8 days, but one of the Western dishes were fries, which was fairly disappointing. The taste was ok but not good enough for me to re-order.

Delicious food with large varieties of menu. A little oily and quantity isn’t even on some days. Would still recommend this caterer.

Food is generally good. Portions are quite big, except the Saba fish. Delivery is timely and reliable too.

Even though delivery was late on the first day, the caterer was responsive to my queries and checked in with me to ensure that the tingkat has been delivered. After that, delivery was on time, and the food portions were sufficient for two people. Food was well packed. I liked the Indonesian and Japanese dishes (Japanese style tofu, saba fish), however the Chinese vegetables tend to be undercooked. All in all will order from them again.

One of the most delicious tingkats there is. A little bit oily and salty, but very indulgent. The service is also great. Highly recommended.

Tingkat was late for 3 days throughout my 10 days trial. But they managed to change their delivery route after I made a complaint. Food is tasty but portion is lesser for some days. Will consider to order again
