Delivery is consistent. Food arrived still warm.
The boxes initially were very high standard. You need to break the tabs before you can open it. Now it has changed to normal boxes.

Food taste dropped somehow. Not sure if boss has changed.
But still, my boss likes the food as it is not oily. There is variety and so we will likely continue to renew.

This is a repeat order but of late the number of fried dishes and processed food dishes has been on the rise.

This is a repeated order of many times. Only thing is this time there is one day where the delivery person did not deliver the food to us. However after informing the admin they did proceed to refund to us for that one day.

Food is still ok. My son prefers the healthier choices so he complains when we gets the fried food. Will be good if we have more vegetables. We also like the consistent delivery by the same delivery guy. My mother-in-law prefers predictability.

The food and variety is good in general but the standard has dropped. The dishes used to be more exquisite and taste better.

The taste and portion were just nice. Less oil and less salt. More green veg are expected. Delivery service was always on time.

Dishes are varied with Asian themes, unlike other tingkat caterers that provide standard Chinese dishes. Good customer service too as they take customers' feedback seriously.

This is repeated order of many times. We are all happy with their food. Only thing i wish is they would allow start a cycle on any day rather than only can start on a Monday

There appears to be an overuse of five spice powder in the soups. The food was ok and serving of rice was generous. It was also on time.

The food portion of this tingkat caterer is reasonable and the cooked vegetables are not as oily and salty as other food caterer that we have tried before. We like especially the rendang chicken, the dish is cooked to our taste and liking and it has been our favorite dish so far.
