The Orange Lantern Gourmet Kitchen

I was pretty satisfied with the food initially albeit the amount of fried food could be reduced. Also their food container is not my favourite, it is quite hard to open.
Then on the second last day, they delivered wrong order to me. My order is for 3 pax, but they gave for 2 pax portion. I could tell as the amount of food is much lesser significantly. In my attached photos, you could see 3 pax portion has 6-7 drumlets whereas in the wrong order (the photo with the lid containers still on), there is only 4 drumlets.
When i received my food on that day, it was 6pm. I called their office to inform they delivered wrong portion to me. The staff said his manager has left the office and he will get manager to call me next day.
However, on the next day no one called me back and when i received my food, it was just the normal 3pax portion with no compensation/extra food.
As it was already my last day, i didn't bother to call to complain.
Their lousy service recovery just left a bad impression for me. I'm not sure whether i want to order from them again in the future..

The caterer is receptive to feedback and the quality of food has improved as a result. Definitely recommended!

Late delivery of food without notification and unable to contact caterer for information. This is an unacceptable service.
We wrote on remarks for less spicy but food was still very spicy.
Never order from Orange Lantern again.

It's not spicy, a bit bland but it's edible.
The amount of food is just nice for two people. A bit disappointed coz I usually ordered this company for Government events but the Tingkat is unsatisfactory.
Don't think, we will try them again.

Variety of different dishes everyday, but mostly misses. Probably only 1 tasty dish per meal. Portions are paltry and tiny, we're left hungry most days.

Food and service are up to expectations. They want to comply with customer request to not include cabbage to out food due to gastric issue and they really provide the food with other veggies except cabbage.

Overall, food is acceptable, portion is more than enough for 4 pax.
Delivery is very prompt, big containers were used.

We like the surprise everyday with different cuisines (Thai, Local, Western,Indonesia, Chinese), simply love the mushroom soup very nice flavour and dessert but the taufu was not that yummy. The caterer will make sure it is well pack and sealed with double layer the food so to prevent spillage during transportation. Delivery came at 6pm just in time for dinner time!
Chris the coordinator is also very helpful with my lots of request and questions. :-)

Food was generally okay and quantity was good, just that there were too many tofu dishes within the week. Maybe out of 5 days, 4 will have the same kind of tofu. Not much variety.

The food was good and variety was good but the flavour was slightly off point compared to our previous 20 day tingkat ordered the month before.
