Food was ok but insincere service recovery Reviewed on 19th Aug 2020 Verified Purchase I was pretty satisfied with the food initially albeit the amount of fried food could be reduced. Also their food container is not my favourite, it is quite hard to open. Then on the second last day, they delivered wrong order to me. My order is for ... More 3 pax, but they gave for 2 pax portion. I could tell as the amount of food is much lesser significantly. In my attached photos, you could see 3 pax portion has 6-7 drumlets whereas in the wrong order (the photo with the lid containers still on), there is only 4 drumlets. When i received my food on that day, it was 6pm. I called their office to inform they delivered wrong portion to me. The staff said his manager has left the office and he will get manager to call me next day. However, on the next day no one called me back and when i received my food, it was just the normal 3pax portion with no compensation/extra food. As it was already my last day, i didn't bother to call to complain. Their lousy service recovery just left a bad impression for me.
