I have repeated my order with this vendor for many weeks, worth value with discount coupon from foodline, really very helpful. I will continue to order again.

Food not tat great and portion a bit little for 2 Pax. Especially the steam pork rib. It tough to eat for the elderly.

Generally the food is quite good except that the caterer do not include prawns in their menu. As mentioned in my earlier review that the delivery is a bit early usually around 4pm but if the delivery is around 5pm then it will be best.

First time ordering Tingkat. The food was delicious, not salty, not too oily. Food variety is ok, delivery timing is just nice for my family.

Have been ordering from this tingkat provider for a few rounds. We like them as they use stainless steel containers with thermal bag. Food was delivered warm and we don’t have to heat up. Delivery timing for Tampines area is good too, near dinner time. Food is generally not bad. Just a feedback to management: sauce for steamed pork ribs is nice but the pork ribs were tough.

Food is generally tasty and quite varied. Definitely one of the best I have tried.

Food portions have improved although egg dishes can be better (eg. Refer to photo - only 2 small slices of pan fried egg for 2 pax).

Package containers can also improve as prone to spillage.

Very Good service and will continue order again enjoy to try many delicious nice dishes for healthy food

I always enjoy the food at Tingkat Mama.
Food always arrives on time at 5pm and is still warm when eaten.
I love that their food menu is always so varied and consists of different cuisines (e.g. katsu curry, thai basil pork, western dishes) not always chinese food like other caterers.

For this week my favourite was French onion soup, and stir fried pork.

Repeat order for several weeks, and will continue to order again.
