Truly a horrifying experience. Not only was the food limited in variety, the taste was either too salty or too spicy. To make matters worse, the food came late on 3 occasions out of the 10 days that I ordered. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. In fact, I recommend that you stay away from ordering food from this caterer.

3rd month with them. Words are very generous with their quantity but quality has plenty to improve on. Not particularly fancy their dishes with overdose of vinegar. In fact some times i don't know why vinegar is used in those dishes as well. Some days the gravy is too little that you kinda eat dry rice with dry dishes. Excessive use of spices. Some hits and misses with their dishes but more misses lately. I'm taking a break from them as my wife is clearing leave . Hopefully they improve with the choice of dishes when i re subscribe in the new year

Food variety is acceptable, but if it's possible, don't be too much Chicken Curry / drumstick / wing

Occassional hiccups when it comes to the food. Bad vegetable or burnt overdone gravy. The monthly menu is also not uploaded or updated.

We like For the food taste. It's Malay or Indonesian food. Recommended if you want to have other option instead of Chinese Food.

Food delivery was not consistent for a start and came very late like 130-2pm but after a few attempts to get it delivered at proper lunch time 12pm thereabouts, it was half the time gone for subscription. so the last 2 weeks was okay and there as good variety of food everyday. perhaps my address is too far from their central kitchen so they outsource the delivery and i was probably one of the last stops. the delivery guy also drove own car and once told me he was late as he had something to do at home.

We've had countless tingkat providers this year. WORD's menu of spicy malay/indian muslim style dishes is a welcome break from the usual chinese catering fare of majority of other tingkat providers on foodline. chicken briyani, mentioned by other reviewers, is clearly their winning dish!

there was a non-delivery just 2 days into the service, however the service recovery was exceptional. fantastic service and attitude, kudos!

The portion was more than reasonable. value for money, delicious food, only that they provide the wrong address for self collection.
