Been with them for a long while. What i like is that they are willing to accept constructive comments and improve on their faults or small issues. Like for example the start of the fasting month. Delivery of food was way past the expected delivery ... More time due to increased sales and lack of delivery riders. They immediately beefed up on the delivery riders and improved their timing after the 3rd day of fasting.

Been ordering tingkat service from them for a while now. So far no issues with them. Foodwise most of the time its good. But some days the veggies may smell spoiled. Probably heat in the tub/container let it go off faster. I kinda wished they make ... More the MENU uploaded clearer. Needs an update.

I guess this is my 3rd-4th mth with them. Been pretty consistent except for some days where the combi of dishes just taste bleargh. Hopefully they will improve on the dishes menu.

Things have improved since my last review. Food standard is still good mostly and if the constellations are aligned and the dish variety complements each other, you get a good dinner meal. Delivery situation have improved as well. Food delievered ... More mostly b4 6pm. Excellent so far but i wish they change up their recipe repertoire

First day of the tingkat service they already cock up. Food came past 8.45pm close to 9pm with my daughter crying for food. I'm beyond pissed on the first day. The delivery guy came late but was staring daggers at me. Delivery was late and maggot ... More staring daggers at me? Complained to Yassin contact and delivery improved slightly the next day.

So after passing the 10days tingkat. I decided to extend for another 20days tingkat... Again they messed up again. Delivery went passed 8.30pm. This time Yassin contact was unreachable as it was a Friday night. No response or nothing. So we thought no service for the day. Cooked our own food for the night. Next day while we about to leave home we found sour smelling food hanged at our door. No doorbell no knocks. What a waste of food. Yassin came back on Monday and told us that delivery is outsourced.

My POV is that I subscribed to you as a full service. I'd expect food to be delivered on time regardless if outsourced. Yassin needs to maintain all levels and not just the quality of food. Even till today i still get food past 7.30 on some days. Needs improvement

Food wise i love the food. Taste and quality most of the days spot on. Just a poorer review this time around for service. Anything past 7pm is a fail on delivery standard to me.

3rd month with them. Words are very generous with their quantity but quality has plenty to improve on. Not particularly fancy their dishes with overdose of vinegar. In fact some times i don't know why vinegar is used in those dishes as well. Some ... More days the gravy is too little that you kinda eat dry rice with dry dishes. Excessive use of spices. Some hits and misses with their dishes but more misses lately. I'm taking a break from them as my wife is clearing leave . Hopefully they improve with the choice of dishes when i re subscribe in the new year

Occassional hiccups when it comes to the food. Bad vegetable or burnt overdone gravy. The monthly menu is also not uploaded or updated.
