Regrettably, my recent experience with your catering service fell far below expectations. The delivery of the cake was executed in an utterly disappointing manner. Shockingly, the delivery person neither bothered to ring the doorbell nor handed the ... More package directly. Instead, they carelessly left it in my bicycle basket, displaying a shocking lack of consideration for the fragility of the item.

This reckless action immediately raised concerns about the cake's safety. The mere thought of what might have happened had my bike toppled over left me feeling astounded by the sheer negligence displayed. A cake, particularly one meant for an event, deserves more respect and care during delivery.

Adding insult to injury, there were individuals eagerly anticipating this delivery at home throughout the day. To receive such shoddy service despite the anticipation was not just disappointing but also disrespectful. It's inconceivable that this was the best your team could offer.

To say that I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience would be an understatement. The lack of basic care and consideration displayed in this delivery process is unacceptable for any service, let alone one dealing with delicate items like cakes.

Hi Bernice, I would like to apologise for any distressed caused. We have done a thorough investigation and have feedback to our delivery guy as well. Our delivery guy arrived at your door yesterday at 3.00pm, he has knocked, rang your door bell and ... More has attempted to call your mobile but to no avail. Your door was closed and there wasn't anyone that responded to him knocking on your door.

The delivery guy contacted our management immediately to inform us that there wasn't anybody to receive the cake. Based on our standard protocol, the cake has to be disposed or placed on a safe spot outside the unit if no one receives the cake. Based on the delivery guy, the only two options are either on the floor or the basket of the bicycle which he ensured was stable, the cake should also be placed on elevated ground to prevent potential contamination, hence he placed it in the basket. He sent us a photo of the placement of the cake which our sales forwarded to you immediately at 3.09pm together with more follow up message and a phone call which you responded "okay" to at 3.10pm. Our delivery guy rushed off at 3.10pm for his next delivery after knowing that you have responded to our sales. All claims above are backed with supporting evidences and screenshots.

Apart from the actual incident, there was also a reminder message sent the day before to remind you of an incoming delivery and to make sure that your mobile is contactable in case of any hiccups like this. We create protocols like this so that customers can have smoother and better experience with us. We believe that we done our best in an incident like this. We hope to seek your understanding.
