For many of our customers (especially smaller households or elderly), we try to keep portions balanced to avoid food wastage, but we completely understand that everyone’s appetite and expectations can be different. We’ll definitely review how we can improve this better.

Regarding menu variety, our menus are on a rotating cycle, but your feedback is a good reminder for us to keep things more interesting and less repetitive — thank you for pointing this out.

For delivery timing, we aim to keep it as consistent as possible, but slight variations can happen due to route planning across different areas. That said, we understand how important timing is for meals, and we’ll continue working on improving this stability.
