Positive: Food generally taste nice and decent portion for 15 pax. We had 12 people attend. Delivery was very punctual. Ample Utensils and trash bag provided.
Positive: friendly customer service, prompt email replies (office hours only). ... More
Negative: 1) Caterer forgot about the Sweet Sour Prawns and there's no way to contact them on a Saturday evening. Foodline also uncontactable. Foodline/ECreative did a partial refund for that item the next working day.
2) Food is cool in temperature. BUT none of us have any tummyache - so yeah! It's clean. Not too salty, not too oily.
3) Chin chow is very sweet but we can dilute with water. However the chincow (before dilution) is very little. I would think chinchow isn't too costly and they could have easily added more chinchow.
4) Some wrappers on the food tray were torn on delivery. Unsure if it's to allow steam to come out, but I would think it defeats the purpose of wrapping it up in the first place.
5) Curry vegetable, lots of gravy but insufficient cabbage (which once again is a cheap item which they could have included more cabbage). It otherwise tastes good.
