The caterer was up to 3 hours late during delivery with no way for us to contact. My delivery time was on 1030 but food only arrived at 130p.m. after all my guests have arrived. I had to activate some of my guests to help purchase food from ... More external sources. Throughout we had no way to reach any staff to check, leaving us as hosts to be very stressed. They also did not provide the food safety certificate on that day. The contracted driver mentioned that they were not given the cert from the office.
