Overall the food was decent and I like that they put tags for the dishes which many catering doesn’t do or always missed out and for 10course it’s value for money

Some points to take note….
- Choc Éclair came melted, lucky we have fridge ... More to chill it
- Chap Chye came a bit overcooked (veg turned yellow)
- Requested for the sauce of the Sweet Sour fish to be separated but it’s already cooked in became soggy hence it the one most untouched.
- Curry chicken very oily, scooped out 1 whole soup bowl of oil
- Cutlery provided exactly… either you have to prepare extras or ask your guest to reuse if they going for many rounds ;P
- Portion a bit small for 30pax, good thing most of my pax are elderly so they ate not much.
