"Order gone completely wrong"

Firstly, I requested delivery for 6:30pm and the invoice indicated delivery at 5-6pm. The food was however sent to me at 4:15pm and the excuse given by the deliverer was that he have too many deliveries so he have to deliver mine to me first. My ... More guests were all coming at 6pm and they had to end up eating cold food.
Secondly, both of my items on the menu were changed without any acknowledgement. The lady only called on Friday telling us that Honeydew Sago was out of stock which I also don’t understand why and how. They change the chicken from Tokyo Yakitori to Thai Chicken. And the Homemade Prawn Ball to Sotong Ball. I really got a shock after getting home and seeing these two items on my table.
Lastly, the in charge said on Sunday that she will get back to me on Monday but ended up she was on half day leave and up till now I have yet to hear anything from her.
