"Chinese Food"

Caterer reached on time, set-up was pretty fast. However food had paper inside, portioning was too little for 55 pax, did not have enough food. Vegetable did not have enough flavouring, bun was hard. Certain dishes were not hot, only the dessert and ... More curry was hot. The rest were room-temperature despite being lit under a fire. Drinks was too sweet, too much syrup added in the Fruit Punch. For 55pax, drinks were not sufficient. It only came in two small tub. Braised pork was too salty and the sauce were very lumpy. Overall experience, was okay for the price.
