"Why should I have to pay if I am wrongly guided by yr staff"

1) Xiao bai Chye comes in as a whole which is too big to eat. 2) Prawn paste chicken mid joint wings are too tiny hence it was hard after frying
3) Tea was sent instead of coffee which I have paid extra for it. I was told by the staff whom I ... More called on the event day, and was told to order delivery for 30-40 cups from anywhere and they will reimburse me when the receipt is provided, without budget, when I checked.
Unfortunately after the event, they are reimbursing me only 20% of the amount paid which I am unable to accept it.
I am still waiting for their decision.
