Disappointing Tingkat Services which is a failure

I ordered from Foodline and this caterer take their own sweet time to accept our order. Website phone number is not in used! the 1 pax food portion is pathetic little (like for a child) and we specific very clearly no seafood, no chicken and no ... More spicy food. After accepting our order, there is chicken soup and vegetables is fried with dried shrimp. If you are not able to accommodate to our requirements then we would change to another company who is able to follow our strict requirements. I would not recommend this catering company to my family or friends.
