"CNY Gathering mini Buffet for 30pax"

Our event was to start at 6.30pm and the caterer came around 6.15pm and our guests already arrived. However was able to arrange right on time. but not sure if the food was warm enough as I did not check with my quests.
One issue was they forgot ... More to bring the slice abalones for the prosperity sliced abalone Yu Sheng dish. We had to open our can of abalone first to do the "lohei" first and later the caterer brought the slice abalones and compensated also with a few tiny small mini abalones.
The food was average good and the best dishes were the Braised Ee Fu Noodle , Poach Prawns with wolberry and the prawn roll .
The sweet and sour fish is a bit too soft and break easily.
Overall the food is tasty.
Value for money is acceptable during this CNY period.
