Very satisfied with this caterer. Sales rep was very patient and accomodating to our requests, and even offered to provide fruits platter when we informed that we do not require the fruit punch - very customer-oriented service. Food was delivered ... More well before scheduled time and in very presentable form. Food portion was huge and the food was delicious! Special shout-outs to the dry mee siam, butter prawn and curry chicken. Deliveryman was also accomodating to our request for a later collection time. Some suggestions would be 1) sambal sotong could be more tender, 2) change the name of the egg dish to crabstick egg instead of crabmeat egg as it gives the impression that real crabmeat was used and 3) microwavable plastic takeout boxes could be provided instead of the non-recyclable styrofoam ones as it's harder to pack leftover food with gravy in styrofoam containers and heat up. With good quality service standards and delicious food, we would highly recommend this caterer!
