Called in to change 2 items on a Wednesday. However, during delivery on a Saturday, 1 item was changed, 1 item was not. Called them but uncontactable. On Monday, Liang food caterer said we changed too last minute (which we didn't). Even if we did, ... More how come 1 item can still be changed but the other not?

Food was a big disappointment. Japanese Udon and Chicken Char Siew Pau were tasteless. Rest of the food was edible, but I wouldn't eat it again if given a choice.

Last of all, halal cert was sent to my phone instead of being displayed. I was told by them that they are not supposed to display the cert? They then said the halal logo will be displayed on the time-stamp sign. What a surprise! No time-stamp sign was given nor displayed. No time-stamp label was even provided on each packet of food as per NEA Regulation 13B: Time-stamping of catered food.

Guys out there, you be the judge.
