"Disappointed. will order from them again."

This was my second time ordering from this food caterer, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My experience this time around was disappointing on multiple fronts.

*Customer service*
- they are helpful in making the changes and responds ... More fast.

**Food:**
- The **pineapple rice** was a disaster. It turned sour before we even reached the halfway point of our event. Serving spoiled food is unacceptable.
- There was **not enough curry** to go around. For a caterer, running out of a main dish is a big oversight.
- The **seasonal vegetables** were utterly bland, so much so that no one wanted to touch them. They might as well have been raw given how tasteless they were.
- The **Thai sauce tofu** was rock hard. Instead of being a soft, delightful dish, it felt like chewing rubber.
- The **mango sago** dessert was another letdown. It was watery and lacked any real flavor. A sweet treat turned into a bland, unappetizing slop.

**Setup:**
- The event was scheduled from 12 PM to 4 PM. I was assured that the setup would start at 11 AM. Instead, they showed up at 10:30 AM, much earlier than agreed upon, causing unnecessary chaos.
- The setup itself was poorly managed. When I pointed out that the drink area was blocking the stairs and requested to move it to an empty space nearby, the staff responded rudely with, "Nobody will walk down ba?" Informed him that The food places at that end of corner are blocked by the drinks and it Will have difficultly in taking the food. He, being a tall slim guy justified that "can take, why can't reach?
He were reluctant to make the adjustment of the blockade of stairs and lack of professionalism on the simplest safety measures, and unwillingness to accommodate simple requests was very frustrating.

Overall, the experience was a major letdown. The food quality was poor, portions were insufficient, and the service was unprofessional. I had higher expectations based on my previous experience, but this time, they failed to deliver on all fronts.
