"Average experience"

We ordered for the set up to be ready for serving at 5.30pm. When the customer service confirmed the order with us over the phone, she clarified that they will arrive at 4.30pm for the set up to be ready by 5.30pm. That works well. However, the food ... More only arrive at 5.30pm and set up was ready about 6.30pm. Most of our guests have arrived by then and were hungry. We have to wait awhile for the dishes to warm up. However, as we couldn't wait long enough, the dishes didn't feel hot enough so the buns were not soften yet. Otherwise the food would have been better. Best to set an earlier ready time and buffer more time for delays. Also the complimentary item for their birthday promotion wasn't delivered.
