"Hygiene and food safety need to be improved."

This is my first 5 days trial order with the caterer. In general, food was not too salty which is a good thing. Price also economical and competitive as compare to other caterer.

However, during the 3rd day of my meal, I discovered there's a ... More piece of shed metal strip hide in the seasonal vegetable. The shed metal strip is those washing mesh for the wok.

Fortunately, I am sharp enough to spot on. I can't imagine what happen if anyone of us swallow the mesh? It going to be catastrophic.

To Hewtop, such occurrence is very dangerous, please ensure your kitchen practice good hygiene and free from foreign object drop into the food.
