"Quality Tingkat"

We order for 2 person dinner plan with rice and 3 side dishes and 1 soup for 20 days.

Generally, the price i paid is slightly higher than previous tingkat supplier but the 3 side dishes are generally of better quality food and portion was decent ... More and acceptable, taste wise also above average.

However the soup seem to be almost the same, always milky and seldom have clear soup. Taste wise is average at best with 2 meat inside always.

Rice portion for 2 pax to some may be too little whereas in my case, i felt was not sufficient unlike previous supplier where their rice was aplently and maybe it was because of the previous supplier that I had, I am been a little spolit thus I find it a little too little. The attached pic of the rice is for 2pax.

Packing are in dispoal mircowave box but at time, the soup cover or side dishes of the cover may not close well and have spillage making the plastic bag oily or with soup. Out of 20 times, i had approx. 3 - 4 such incident but to me I understand i believe it was not on purpose.

Delivery can be quite early mid afternoon at 3.30pm and always very puncture on their delivery time.

Overall, i rate a 4 out of 5 for my food experience with them.
