"Diverse selection of dishes, but portion is very little"

**Catering Review:**

I recently had the opportunity to experience the catering provided for a gathering of 30 people. Overall, while the selection was diverse, there were some notable hits and misses.

**Highlights:**

1. **Golden Pineapple ... More Fried Rice w Chicken Floss:** Among the dishes sampled, this one stood out for its generous portion size and flavorful combination of pineapple and chicken floss. It was a crowd favorite and received positive feedback from many guests.

2. **Golden Mackerel Fish Otah:** Another standout dish was the Golden Mackerel Fish Otah, appreciated for its robust flavor and perfectly balanced spice level. It provided a delightful contrast to some of the other dishes on offer.

**Lowlights:**

1. **Sauteed Broccoli & Cauliflower w Crab Meat:** Unfortunately, the Sauteed Broccoli & Cauliflower failed to impress. Many guests found the vegetables undercooked, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the dish. This was particularly disappointing given the promising combination of ingredients.

**Overall Impression:**

While the catering showcased a range of dishes, the inconsistency in portion sizes and preparation quality was apparent. While some dishes like the Golden Pineapple Fried Rice and the Golden Mackerel Fish Otah shone, others like the Sauteed Broccoli & Cauliflower fell short of expectations. With some improvements in portion control and cooking techniques, the catering service could undoubtedly elevate the dining experience for future events.
