HotPot Master

This is like a private dining experience where the Janice is very patient in communicating the details of the steamboat experience. There were a lot of details from the pot type, number of pots, what soup, how much of soup to the layout.

On the actual day, the layout is set up at the agreed time and exactly what was communicated. The food are fresh and the portion were enough. We topped up our own soup because we are all souplovers.

There were meat, veg and seafood, including dessert and drink. The sauces were given with full ceramic cutlery as well.

It was a hussle free and safer (away from crowded area) private dining experience at the comfort of our place. Special thanks to Janice and Melvin and the whole team at Hotpot master.

Beautiful setup and it makes you feel like you are having hotpot at a restaurant. Food selection is good and portion size is good.

Before we order steamboat catering, we always worry about the soup base/ingredient/cleaning.

Hotpot master changes the perspective of steamboat experience at home. It is worry less and fully enjoy the food and fellowship. You’ll be amazed by how great it tastes. In addition to their delicious hotpot, their set up is decked out in super hip cutlery and tastefully.

Soup base- a wide variety of soup bases. We choose collagen and herbal chicken.
Ingredient - The packaging comes with various components. Fresh veg, Seafood Platter, pock, salmon... and 八宝茶 impress us.
Sauce - FOC accompanied with a whole range of sauces
Setup service - complete with "wow."

Delivery was on time, table set up is good. Food is fresh and delicious.

All friends like it very much and the table set up was presentable. They are enjoying the hot pot dinner and wanted me to organise more often.

Additional 25 dollars top-up for the set up service was worth it. Caterer was on time and set-up of the hotpot was way beyond our expectation. Food was more than enough and fresh. My colleagues and I were thoroughly impressed with hotpot master!

The set up was fast and impressive. The food was fresh and the soup Superior Collagen Soup was really thick and delicious.

When told that its for my friend surprise birthday celebration, they even throw in the Royal Birthday Mee Sua Personal Pot which consist of 2 Baby Lobster and 2 Hard Boil Egg & Abalone and other veggie too. Its a very nice gesture from Master Hotpot.

This will not be my one and only order from them. Super highly recommended to all my friends.
