Hit or miss food tasting, food did not arrive for one day

Generally the food was a hit or miss; some dishes nice, some not so great. Portions was a little less than expected; some meals left my wife still slightly hungry.

Worst part was that I ordered a 4 day trial, and on the 4th day, it did not ... More arrive! Had to convince them it's not my fault (it wasn't!), and they finally agreed to send a replacement meal the week after; my wife went hungry one day. Be sure to confirm your delivery dates, cos I assumed they wouldn't mess up, but they did.
