"Don't order from this caterer"

I order cny buffer for 35 persons. Foodline informed me to contact Ecreative if I didn't recieve the confirmation the next day. I called Ecreative and the staff said will send me the invoice at the end of the day but they didn't. I called 3 times ... More and every time they failed to do what they said. Only when I called foodline to cancel the order then they send me the invoice. However, they only delivered food for 30 persons instead of 35 persons. I requested for refund of the charges for 5 persons. Foodline said eCreative will contact me within 7 days. But I didn't recieve any reply from ecreative. I am disappointed with both foodline and ecreative. As I ordered foodline through foodline, foodline failed to follow up my order and my claims.
