One of the primary concerns was that the cold food was not served at the appropriate temperature. It seemed as though the dishes had been sitting out for an extended period, resulting in them losing their intended chilliness. It was disappointing ... More not to enjoy the refreshing sensation that cold dishes should provide, and it affected the overall experience.
