This is our third time ordering from this caterer. The ginger-sliced pork was significantly more fatty than before (impressively lean back then) and the amount provided was noticeably less. The salad prawn and green bean soup were better on previous ... Moreoccasions - some diners found the prawn not as fresh-tasting as before and the green bean soup was even sweeter and yet tasted more dilute this time (despite our request for less sweetness when ordering!). However, the chicken with cashew was an improvement with chunkier boneless thigh fillets served instead of the much smaller diced pieces full of chicken skin the very first time we ordered it. The yang chow fried rice was also a pleasant change as we had only tried their seafood bee hoon twice before. Show less
