"Disappointed, caterer need to try harder"

I very rarely give bad review, so I hope this review will help the caterer work out their problem in taste.

Fried rice was ok, just usual.
Fish were dory fish with a weird tasting sauce, almost 60% untouched by my guest.
Crayfish had no taste ... More at all; frozen crayfish probably cooked in plain water and deep fried without any seasoning.
Curry chicken had curry taste but was very watery like soup, like the watered-down curry served at bad Roti Prata joint; Chicken pieces (drumstick cuts) had no curry taste.
Braised pork was overcooked and meat dried out, though the sauce was quite good. More than 50% untouched.
Yam paste was mediocre, 50% untouched.
Salad prawn was most popular, but mediocre taste (salad cream on blanched prawn)
Prawn-paste Chicken was ok, but doesnt look nor taste like prawn paste chicken
Fruit punch drink was watered down already from the start when it arrived.

Setup was on time and quick, presentation was simple and nice.
