Submitted my order around 11pm the night before and got a call from the caterer the next morning around 8am to confirm my order.

Found out that this caterer has alot of bookings on my event date and so was surprised at the service ... More level.

Caterer came around 11.15am and finished his set up by 11.45am, just in time for my indicated start time of 12noon. Caterer also came at the promised time to clear up.

Got generally positive feedback on the food. Guests liked the smoke duck and yam paste the most. Not much leftovers so I guess that is a good sign of the food standard.

Utensils and disposable wares were sufficient for my event.
