"DO NOT ORDER FROM IRRESPONSIBLE CATERER."

I had a very bad experience with this caterer. I ordered for 30 pax on 3 nov and subsequently top up my order to 43 on 19 Nov 2024. On 23 Nov, the supervisor messaged me to check if my order is for 30. I immediately told him NO and it is for 43 ... More and told him to get it right. When the food arrived, I check with the driver for the confirmation order. He only brought the confirmation order for 30 and not 43. I suspected that they have given me the order for 30 instead of 43.
a) the plates given was not sufficient. We have to use our own plates instead.
b) the food given was insufficient EVEN FOR THE 1ST SERVING, this caused immense embarrassment for the organiser.
My complaint to Foodline on 25 Nov but the reply make a mockery of my complaint, although they promised to take complaints seriously.
1) Fusion Spoon still said that the portions were for 43 but they forgot to add an extra 10% portion to customer.
2) That they would compensate 1 side dish/ 1 dessert for the NEXT ORDER
