"Unreliable Service and Inedible Food Quality"

I placed a 20‑day delivery order, but the service was unreliable: one day late, another day completely missing after 7:30 PM despite food is ready probably around 2pm as delivery happen around 3pm at times. The company only offered compensation ... More for one day for the undelivered, even though I had to order dinner elsewhere at my own expense, which arrived after 9:30 PM due to their lack of updates. They quoted compensation but in reality it simply mean extend by one day, poor english folks.

The food quality was extremely poor. Dishes were repetitive, flavors were odd, and variety was lacking. Honestly, any coffeeshop mixed‑vegetable rice stall on the street would serve meals 100 times better. About 75% of the dishes were barely edible and ended up as waste.

Consumers are treated more like disposal bins than valued customers while leftover are disposed. This is the second company I’ve tried, and compared to the first, these meals are purely inedible—even worse than the first provider and far inferior to any simple mixed‑vegetable stall.
