The SIN CHOW BEE HOON is not as nice as before. I think the chef that cook has changed. Last time I ordered it is more nicer. The standard have drop now. The rest of the dish still OK but can be better. The buffet setup standard have also drop. I ... More prefer last time setup is more neat and tidy.
