"Service is really bad, but food is actually ok."

Food is actually ok but the service is really bad. The first day, they sent food to the wrong house, I was waiting till 1 PM and there was no sorry at all. The next day food came at 12.25PM, which was really late as I wanted to feed my toddlers at ... More 11:45AM-12PM. So, I called them and asked if I can have food by 11.30AM, the lady told me can be done. But then, the next day still late. Need to remind again. Every begin of week also need to remind them to send the food early. It feels like they never took a note and took my request seriously. During the tingkat service, I have no confidence if the food can reach on time, so need to prepare meal separately for my toddler, which defeats the purpose taking tingkat. Happy that it is finally ended.
