"Food taste okay but can be better which include good service"

Firstly the timing for the setup was discussed between 10-11am. This was discussed beforehand as the event starts from 11am onwards. However to my surprise, the delivery setup person came way early than 10am & were waiting for me outside the venue. ... More They also claimed they were trying to contact me but could't get through. That is weird because i do receive calls from other vendors & family members but not from them. After the setup was done they told me they'll be back at 2pm for the teardown. However again, they came earlier than 2pm for the teardown. There are guests in line who are still getting the food. And i have received feedbacks from guests that the delivery guys were staring at them & do not look happy. I have to tell them to give us some time before tearing the buffet setup down. I even have to bring in my own disposable aluminium tray to transfer the food from the caterer's buffet into the disposable because of this. I did not ask for any early setup nor teardown. I wish the caterer's delivery team adhere to the discussed timing & give us a buffer. Thirdly the food menu. Overall the food were generally good but two of the dishes could be better. The sweet & sour fish sauce was too little & it was already mixed & concentrated in the middle. So the outer sides of the dish were too dry & hard. The Thai Style tofu with onion will taste better if the tofu were not fried too brown & crispy. It was really hard to chew & swallow because it has become tough in texture. My advice please discuss promptly with the caterer on the timing for the setup & do ask for buffer if it was done early or late.
