"NOT SATISFIED!"

This is not the first time I’ve ordered from Ecreative — I’ve used them previously for company events, and everything went well, which is why I confidently recommended them to my family for my niece’s birthday. Unfortunately, this experience ... More was very disappointing.

The collection time was scheduled for 9:00 PM, but they arrived at 8:30 PM instead. I had intended to keep the fried bee hoon for my guests who are late but realized that it had turned sour (at 8.30pm) which was very upsetting.

Other dishes were also below expectations:

Curry Chicken - The meat was dry.
Wheat Prawns - Overcooked and tough.
Fish - The flour was too thick, with barely any meat inside.

Given the poor food quality and lack of consistency, I’m very disappointed. Sadly, I will not be ordering from Ecreative again.
