Caterer service support could be improved in terms of ease of contacting, speed of response, and quality of response. Understand it could be due to festive period hence staff is on leave but perhaps could delegate a backup. Caused quite a bit of ... Morepanic and stress contacting customer service but overall still thankful that things got resolved and proceeded successfully!
Food portions can be improved for itemised items perhaps can give more than 1unit per person.
